We cook on a custom made
pit. Though it looks like a commercially made pit, the
internal dynamics were designed by Walt Baker. The pit has two
cooking surfaces at 84X37 inches for a total of over 6200 sq
inches. Tempature control is assisted with
a Pit Master by

The Newest addition
is a fast eddie, though I had an issue with the initial pit
the people at cookshack stood behind it and I am very happy
with this pit. when I buy another it will be a fast
eddie.

This is the newest edition, a
school bus, soon to be the BBQ Bus.
