Vending?
Besides competing in KCBS Barbeque
contests we also do vending for events. The pit we use
has 6261 sq inches of cooking area. this means I can cook 1800
servings of pulled pork in one session. I also have two
out door fryers for doing fresh cut frys and ribbon frys. I
also hgave additional pits and and equipment
along with portable shelters.
We are food safty certfiied and
insured.
